We arrived early and inquired whether we could check baggage or if any rooms were prepared, the staff was polite enough to explain neither option was capable however we could park while we left the property for the better part of the day. Everything was clean. Check in and out went smoothly. Location was extremely convenient. I used to work in the area and it was not the best, but this hotel has gone to lengths to improve the ambiance. They also provide a coupon for the Denny's restaurant next door. If you are seeking a luxurious stay in a resort I recommend looking somewhere else, but if you just want a good night's rest and feel safe for a couple days this joint excels. I didn't enjoy the pool, but it looked nice and maintained. "
