"Well first off I went in the room straight to the bathroom after long hours of driving and found a big black spider on the wall freaked me out and stayed on my mind the whole night if there was anymore and second the tv never worked and I complained about it in the front and they were no help then it was very very hot in the room all night"

"When we stepped in the room, we were pleased to see a neat room just like the pictures I saw online. The AC worked very well. Our room is just across the street from Highway I-5. At first we worried it would be noisy. I am pleased it had no issues at all! The staff were all friendly and helpful. We didn't get chance to use pool, gym or laundry in 3 days. Overall it is a cozy place to stay. I would love to come back again when I must visit Irvine next time."

"The staff was great , they are the best part of the hotel. The hotel definitely needs some maintenance and repairs done. The outside hallways need more lightning, the outside walkways need to be repaired so guests can walk without tripping. The room we stayed in needed the carpet replaced it had stains and what appeared to be burn marks. The outlets weren’t working properly and the lamps were not staying on, nor were our devices charging properly. The couch, and the curtains were stained. The bathroom slider door would not stay closed, maybe adding a small latch would help. Overall the hotel has the potential to be a great hotel."
