“Very simple, but exactly what we needed! Quite literally steps from the sand. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking to the Italian restaurant next door (highly recommend!). Breakfast is simple, like grab and go cereal or packaged pastries. Pancakes were also offered. Hot coffee in the lobby. They also had beach chairs and boogie boards to use which was nice. If you want to visit the beach and just need a little place right to it, this is your spot.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Costa Art Hotel. The rooms were nicely updated and very clean! Beds were very comfortable! Pool area was a little smaller than expected. Staff wasn’t always quickly accessible. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas and breakfasts! Trolley stops are about a five minute walk.”

“We loved our stay at The Tides Inn. Anderson was especially friendly and helpful in helping us navigate our stay. We had a room with a kitchen and it had so much charm and it was quite spacious. It's a 2 min walk to Heisler Park and the beach and only a bit longer to main beach. We borrowed beach towels, a boogie board, and an umbrella all from the front desk. “Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant. Our room was all the way down at the end by the pool which was either a long walk down the hall for our little kids or up stairs. Then the room itself was dirty- floors smelled bad and had stains, there was white stains on a worn down blue couch that smelled bad so we couldn’t let our kids sleep on the sleeper sofa. The wallpaper was bubbling up as if it had water damage or humidity issues before. The bathroom was dirty- vents filled with dust and exposed...
