There's 1 window in entire unit and it would not open 2. No WIFI - listed as "Internet" in Expedia profile, each day we were promised it would be fixed. Each day we were disappointed. “안내 데스크 인도여자사장 매우 부정직하며 손님에게 함부로 대하면 매우 불친절함 12월26~27일 숙박 28~29일 연장 예약을 하였으나 안내데스크 인도여자 사장이 28일 11시까지 체크아웃을 하고 3시 이후에 다시 28일 체크인을 하라고 하여 숙박 업소에 체크인시 보증금으로 200불 카드 결제후 체크 아웃시 숙박한 곳에 이상이 없는 것을 확인 후 보증금으로 카드 결제 한 것을 취소 한다는 확인 영수증을 주는 것이 당연 한 것인데 손님이 취소 영수증을 요구하니 취소 영수증은 줄수 없다고 거품을 물면서 화를 내어 28일 오후 3시 이후에 와서 다시 이야를 하자고 하고 볼일을 보고 3시 이후에 왔는데 보증금 200불을 또 요구 하여 그전에 카드결제로 한 것 취소 영수증을 요구하니 그렇게는 할수 없다고 하여 무엇때문에 취소 영수증을 줄수 없는지 물어 보니 우선 청구를 하지 않았다는 말만하고 계속해서 믈어보니 나중에라도 문제가 생기면 청구를 하려고 한다고 하면서 말도되지 않는 말만을...

“Nice view room was big, but the management is not on site, the remote didn't work because the batteries were leaking acid and wouldn't come to replace them. I went to take a shower the water turned on my fiance walked in telling me that the floor was wet so I turned the water off but it wouldn't turn off called management and they said the main valve is outside the unit we will fix it in the morning and didn't let us change rooms. Turned an amazing family trip into a frustrating nightmare.”

“I enjoyed my stay, and they have a great buffet for breakfast that is included in your stay ! Was Great, definitely saved myself $50 or more I'd of had to pay @ Dennys or where ever. That was very Beneficial to me in my family within our budget. Thank you to all staff that helped me out yesterday to make my check-In happen;) I was able to attend my neice wedding @ Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens which made it supper convenient just 7 min away driving:) Respectfully, Campos Family”
