“Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up”

“There are several problems with the property that made the stay unpleasant and/or inconvenient. The most important one is the fact that it was not obvious to us that it was critical to communicate with the manager/owner before hand to get instructions on getting to the place and then having access to it. No one inhabits the premises, so to understand how to open doors once there requires a conversation with the owner. It took us a while to figure out where the building was (no street address)...

“Excelente ubicación para el centro de Bariloche, vistas bellas desde cuartos y terraza. Lo único es que solo hay disponible estacionamiento para 1 vehículo. Tomar en cuenta eso. ”
