On the last day, there were strong winds, resulting in a power outage across the entire area for 3 hours. "I would not characterize this as a four star hotel as advertised. Rooms are average at best, the furniture is old. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was disappointing, very few dishes to speak of, silverware and cutlery were inadequate, a pot, but no pans. The microwave did not work. Staff at front desk were very friendly, but did not speak good English. Overall average at best but not worth the price"

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"We had a bit of a confusion with check in time and language barrier, plus we don't have phones so couldn't call the owners when we got there. However, the cabin was so amazing that we didn't mind having to wait for checkin. The cabin was up high on the property so had amazing views of the lake. Kitchen was well stocked and bed and tv we're great. There was so much space to move around and the floor was heated!!! You wake up to the view out your window. We felt like we were in paradise. ...
