"The pool was unclean and not swimmable. The elevator did not work. None of the ice machines were operational. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were not friendly. I did not see one person even smile. "

"Lacking in amenities-no coffee maker, no shampoo or conditioner. Not a convenient area of town to get coffee or anything else. They indicated they would clean the room every other day but did not clean it or replace towels at all during my 4 day stay. They did leave the light on but that’s about all - fine if you just need a place to sleep."

"I stayed 2 nights 2 years ago and paid $25 total for both nights for my small dog. Last year i was told they were not charging anymore for pets. This year they charged me $25 for both nights total $50. The carpet in my room was filthy. The carpet on the staircase was so badly worn it was frayed and sticking up on the steps which is a tripping hazard. "
