Awesome location! Cleanliness was seriously neglected. Hosts are elderly and this may be too much for them. No King size beds as advertised and no reception on TV's. Small well-kept town surrounded by beautiful ranchland and farms. Excellent local historical museum with memorabilia of small town country life. Several options for country dining with friendly service, and one venue serving "contemporary cuisine"
