“I'm sure ICE and the DEA know about this property. It's not family friendly. Someone actually had their dog locked in their room the whole time we were there. What a dump.”

“This is a hotel I have stayed at before, and I can tell a big difference! It has gone down so much. The TV didn’t work. At 12am there was loud party music being played right in front of the hotel for a long while. I couldn’t believe it was allowed. I will think twice before staying here again!”

“We checked in our room and there was a dirty rag left in top of the toilet. Leftover food from a previous guest was also still in the room. There was no smoke detector as it had been pulled off and the wires left exposed. The bed was badly stained as well. We left after only two hours and were not refunded. We paid $180 for one night and it was not suitable to stay in. Very disappointed that management would not refund our money for a room that should never have been rented in its condition.”

“Clean but pool was under construction and I wasn't allowed to get my money back to change hotels because I went through Expedia. Only reason I picked this hotel was because of the pictures of the pool and my kids couldn't use it.”

“Excellent hotel. Best in Abilene, and we looked at several options while in town. Clean hotel, clean rooms, easy parking, helpful staff. Everything in Abilene is overpriced right now due to multiple AI data center build outs. However this hotel came closest to validating the sky high Abilene room rates. Would highly recommend.”

“My first impression was, neat and unpretentious. Then I lay down. Bed & pillows were rock hard. I needed to do some work with my computer -- desk but no plug to recharge & only light was from behind. TV with list of channels but remote wouldn't access them. The coffee makers cord was too short to reach the outlet! And clean -- maybe not, considering huge accumulation of dead bugs in overhead light. Also, extremely weak water pressure in shower.
