“Comfortable accommodations ”

“My reservation included complimentary breakfast, which I specifically paid extra for; however, the hotel still attempted to charge me, so we ended up going elsewhere. I also inquired about switching to a room with two queen beds and was told none were available, but I was offered what was described as an “ideal rate” for another room for two nights. While we were at breakfast, I received a call from the hotel stating they had charged an additional $600 for one night, and the desk representative...

“Stayed here for one night for a sporting event in town. Got the double bed suite room. Literally two hotels rooms joined by a door. It was clean and perfect for our needs. There are camera's everywhere on the property, its very well lit and made myself and daughter in law feel safe being there. I would go back again!”

“Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise.”

“AC was great, didn’t eat breakfast ”

“Arrived at 9pm and they didn't have any clean rooms. Finally gave us room, went up to it and they were still cleaning. After cleaners left we enter to find previous occupants stuff still in the room and floor very dirty. AC vent is in the bathroom which made using it very cold only in there. Remote to tv didn't work, called front desk they said ok but never sent a replacement. We had to go down to get towls as only 1 was left in the room and we are a family of 4. “Great stay ”

“Elegante was great and would be a great place for a seminar. My Father and I stayed 5 days. Clean with a lot of character. It was quiet when needed and a lot of people having a good time. Elegante fue bien! Despues de cinco dias me siento contento con esta lugar! Los cuartos son limpios.Eleganté fue tranquilo cuando necesario. Cuando regresa a Tejas podemos quedar aqui otra vez! ”

“Broken tiles in the restroom. Tub had spots that rust on them. The tv only gets one channel. We had to make sure the door would shut all the way because it would get stuck. The place needs a lot of repairs and improvements. $250 per night for all this issues!!!!!!?”

“This hotel was awful. Booked in advance and selected to pay at check in. Rude manager tried to cancel our reservation just hours before we arrived if I didn’t pay over the phone. The check in staff were atrocious. No friendly greeting, no here’s our WiFi, directions to the elevator or our room…RUDE. Canceled a teams reservation while they were traveling in for a state competition. Have never experienced such horrendous customer service. Then there was the room. Dirty, hair all over the shower...
