“Our room was large, like a suite, very fresh & clean with nice bedside lighting features. Comfortable king bed. Only item that could be better is the startlingly loud power flush of the toilet. Pretty shocking the first time & disturbing at night. Very nice breakfast/ lounge area with extensive selections. Coffee could be better. Appreciated a map & guide for Brownwood in the room. “The stay was great. Quiet & Peaceful. Had trouble getting the TV going as I didn't have a clue as to how to find a channel. I called the front desk and the gentleman came right away to make sure that the channels were working. He got the problem solved and made sure there were no issues. Thank You Sir.”

“The bed was very comfortable and I loved that there were firm and soft pillows on the bed. The housekeeper needs to pay some more attention to the ceilings, walls, and windows. Splatter on the wall next to the toilet, orange handprint next to the entryway hall mirror, cobwebs on ceiling, fingerprints and handprints on headboard and window.
