โI didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. โ
โNo bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotelโs services description that I have to carry on my own.
Poor cleanliness.
Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available.
Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom.
The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct.โ

Il nous a รฉtรฉ impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hรดtelier nous a assurรฉ que le mรฉnage avait รฉtรฉ fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. โ
โTook this just to have a place next to a worksite. Very bad management and wrongful advertisement. Place was full of hair on the floor, extremely dirty, smelly, with a bed that looks used and not changed.
Be careful! This same agency have other โstudio to be bookedโ in the region. All look like scam.
Didnโt stay more than 5 minutes. Requested a reimbursement the next minute I left with picture attached. Shamelessly saying I canโt have any reimbursement 5 days laterโฆ

The spa is small but lovely and made with the finest taking care of details.

โI've stayed in a few places in Meribel. This was one of the best. Rooms are quite small, but ours came with a balcony and nice bathroom. The hotel is opposite the main lifts in Meribel centre. The hotel also (and I would say unusually) has an amazing heated outdoor pool, with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi (wasnt working). Breakfast was really good as well. Compared to other 3/4*'s in Meribel, this place was good value considering all the amenities. Will try and stay again if I go back to...

La chambre รฉtait trรจs propre, confortable et bien amรฉnagรฉe, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Lโhรดtel est bien situรฉ, au calme, tout en รฉtant proche des sentiers et des activitรฉs proposรฉes dans la station. Je recommande vivement cet รฉtablissement pour un sรฉjour รฉtรฉ comme hiver ร la montagne ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !โ
