Perfect location, extremely convenient to have the ski shop in the hotel for ski in/ski out, and Alex is amazing and helped us with every part of our itinerary - Alex is the best!!

Location location, location. Right next to the gondola, ski rental inside the property and the staff was super nice. The hotel is clean and nice, not super luxurious but with the great surroundings you don’t spend much time inside.

This hotel does not compare to any hotels in Courchevel. The staff is so kind, quick and does an amazing job but the property is old, overpriced, and does not compare to any Courchevel level hotel. The rooms are very small, and outdated. One room for 4 people with a bunk bed in the hallway is nowhere near acceptable for the price that this hotel is charging per night. The hotel is located at a convenient location but they either need to drop prices or do some serious renovations.

Room with a view

Our arrival was smooth and we had a fantastic room on the 4th floor where we could lie in bed and look at the snow all the way up to Saulire. In the morning we were out onto the Jardin Alpine and can ski right back to the hotel

If you don’t value cleanliness and don’t mind stinky hallways, dirty rooms/floors; then you would enjoy your stay here because of the location around the property, access to ski rentals on property, ski in/out. Courchevel is a wonderful place and highly recommended. The town makes up for any short coming of the hotel. By the way hotel staff are was extremely helpful and kind as well. Just needs a deep clean and remodel.

Loved the staff here more than anything else. Always smiling and ready to help and all spoke English very well. Room had enough space and location of room was very good. Breakfast had good options and having ski rental place on property was best thing. They need to work on creating more parking. That was the only issue. Having a hot tub or sauna would have been nice especially after being in the snow all day… it’s great for your body.

Very depreciated property with terrible management and services. Personnel just do not care about the guests and do not even pretend to. Room was cleaned only at special repeated request, breakfast is uneatable. Feels like a no-hassle cheap hostel. First time in many years I made such a big mistake when choosing hotel.

Les photos ne sont pas du tout comme sur l’annonce je pense qu’ils ont mis en avant le meilleur chambré sinon le reste des chambres sont vieillot dans un style des années 70, nos draps étaient tachés et l’odeur de la chambre est désagréable J’ai été vraiment déçue pour le prix que nous avons payés !

Ótima localização

Hotel com ótima localização, ski-in ski-out, com acesso fácil à telecabine Jardin du Alpin. Vista para as pistas de encantar. Necessita de uma renovação por apresentar sinais de desgastes. Café da manhã excelente. Tem estacionamento em frente com poucas vagas, mas para a época que fui foram suficientes. Tem aluguel de equipamentos pode esqui no subsolo.
