Stolen a 7500 dollar bracelet. Completely denied by the hotel and unwilling to help. Staff unhelpful and gives the wrong advice. Aside from this beautiful and comfortable hotel.

Travesseiro ruim, não fornecem agua nos quartos, na sauna uma pequena jarra de água com copos de papelão de cafezinho , cafe da manha ruim, não repõem os itens do quarto como; papel higiênico, sabonete, shampoo e copos, iluminação muito ruim dentro do quarto, mal da para arrumar as malas, após as 18:00 o único serviço de quarto que há é de agua e não tem estacionamento nem nenhum funcionário para ajudar com as malas.

Hotel muito bem localizado, muito perto do centrinho de Courchevel. Não é ski in/ski out, mas fica a poucos passos de duas grandes gôndolas. Ao atravessar a rua você tem acesso a um shopping onde resolve tudo o que você precisa. Quartos grandes e confortáveis e equipe solícita e atenciosa.
