"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. "We had a wonderful 4 night stay as a family of 4. Breakfast was great, but would say the staff needs to check the coffee machine and Nutella to make sure they are refilled timely. The room was clean and spacious and our room had Air Con and was working great! Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy. The hotel is in a great location, and within walking distances to the retail parks. As it was August when we stayed, they had weddings on and parking can be difficult. Thank you for the check in cookies!"

"My daughter and I stayed here for one night sharing a double room on the first floor. The room was beautifully decorated, and there were apple tea and coffee supplies. We got food from the bar, which was great Valley for money. My daughter had the fish and chips and I had the beetroot burger, which was incredibly tasty. We used the pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna the day of checkout. The gym was a little disappointing that had the basics if you wanted to use it. The staff member in the bar whose name I did not get was very polite and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food. I’ll definitely recommend visiting this hotel."
