Camilla and her family were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Gave us great dining recommendations. This place is the perfect location and you can conveniently walk anywhere. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

The best location in town ... 2 bloody from the ferry station, restaurants options right in front of you , walkable from the train station, I totally recommend this place ... my room was huge , I was a little scared at the beginning because the pictures don't really show the condition of the place ... I totally recommend this place !!!

A little haven in the heart of Como

Position, position, position, a little haven in the heart of Como, an excellent location within walking distance of Como San Giovani train station and close to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The room was nice, clean and tidy with comfortable bed, pillows and a shower with good pressure. Communication for access was very good.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location in Como’s city center close to everything. Many great restaurants, main attractions, ferry, etc within a short walk. Camila was friendly and flexible with our check in. Rooms nicely renovated. Would stay there again. We had the breakfast option which was at a restaurant 2 doors down. The food was very good.

Location as others have said is very convenient to the ferry, Cathedral, restaurants, main harbor and shopping. Air conditioned which is a plus. There is a musty mildew smell at first (guess to be expected with heat and humidity) but room is very clean. 20 minutes downhill walk from train station. Rough with luggage. Take bus back. Bus stop short walk by harbor.

My friend and I enjoyed two nights here. The room was large and accommodating, and check-in was easy. The staff is not always on property but are easy to reach. The property is in an excellent location in the historic district, nearby to the ferries and train stations. Breakfast at a cafe next door was very good. The building is very safe - an older building divided into rooms. It was an interesting configuration but comfortable. We had a lovely balcony to a side street. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this property. The location is seriously unbeatable, right in the heart of the best restaurants, near the ferry and the trolley cart! We had 2 children with us and we all enjoyed the atmosphere and service we received. My family had issues on our drive to Como and arrived late- but we were still warmly greatest by the manager. It was a very nice stay and I would recommend to anyone.

The very first thing I would say is that the location is PERFECT! Central to everything! The bed,pillows and mattress were extremely nice!!! Downsides, you cannot park nearby, no big deal except for the added cost. The manager is very nice and responsive. Improvements would only be additional lighting in the bathroom

Great Location

This is not a traditional hotel. A very well located B&B with just the bed. The rooms are located on the 1st floor (there is an elevator). Room we had was large, well maintained and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. They stored our bags T the being and end of our time in como. Restaurants and Lake Como are just steps away. McDonald’s across the street if you have kids. Although we didn’t bring a pet, other guests did. Room cleaned each day. Highly recommmed.

Can't beat the location. I was without a car and opted against breakfast so I can't speak to that. It's a bit loud when sleeping with the window open. I didn't mind but I'm sure some will. Room was very clean! Wifi, even with extender, was spotty. I had to stand in the hallway of my room to do video call. Check-in, you will need to call the property in order for them to let you in. Check out, was a bit cumbersome. I checked out on the dot and was unable to reach the property contact for 10 minutes. I finally was told via message to just leave the key in the room and leave. Would have been preferable to know in advance
