reception staff (men) was very rude as if i am his staff despite that i booked the biggest room in the hotel so called "penthouse". Also, he told me to refer his colleague about the information on penthouse upon my arrival. I was shocked. I am not going to visit this hotel any more. worst como experience with the staff. Also breakfast staff complained about switching table when they kept asking me where i want to sit. So, i chose the one after changing it three times.

Nice hotel to stay for enjoying como lake
Great location for taking a rest. Great view of the como lake you could enjoy. but a bit far from centrol como area. If you would like to go village, you have to use taxi or rental car. Small room, but valcony area was spacious with tables and chairs, this could compensate for it. Breakfast and restaurant were nice. You could enjoy view of the como late with good quality breakfast. Parking lot is ready, but it is not free, you can use it with small amount of money. This hotel is cosy and nice hotel for enjoying como lake.

Beautiful hotel on the lake. Love watching the small sightseeing planes and boats from our balcony. Within walking distance of the ferry. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a deluxe suite with a balcony and beautiful view of the lake. Staff were very professional and always willing to help provide whatever you need to make your stay amazing. We would definitely return if we visit Lake Como in the future.

Beautiful location within walking distance to Cernobbio but to also grab the boat to the different islands. I would highly recommend the hotel and would love to come back next time.

Property itself was beautiful and views were incredible but concierge services did not meet expectations. I felt I was bothering them every time I asked for something. Also the dinner in the downstairs restaurant wasn’t great either. We ordered trout and veal and both weren’t good.

The view of the lake and the service at the hotel is hard to beat. Two thumbs up for that. The hotel is tiny and rooms are tiny. The parking garage is tiny. Good luck if you have a full size car.

The property is situated on the lake. The property was beautiful, but the service was terrible. The staff was not accommodating. We paid for two of the same rooms but one got lake view and one did not. The one that didn’t smell terrible. Once we told them, they were super rude. We asked to switch and that they suggested that we upgraded for another €500, in which we did and we asked for something for the inconvenience and they refused. Additionally in april it is quite chilly and the temperature on the thermostat was not correctly raising. The front desk was so rude to us and screamed at us in the middle of the night when we were asking him to increase the temperature and he just kept screaming saying he doesn’t understand what we’re saying. We speak perfect English and he did not.

Hotel Villa Flori was perfect for my stay - I splurged a bit for the Superior double room and waking up to the lake view was well worth the splurge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are lovely. It comes with breakfast, which is also a nice perk. It is not too far from the city of Como and within a 5 min walking distance to the local ferry. My only thing is that it's quite far from Tremezzo, Varenna and Bellagio so if you're tight on time, I would suggest elsewhere. I ended up booking a private boat that picked me up from the hotel dock and it still took 55 min to get to Bellagio. Otherwise, loved it.

Truly wonderful stay, I had just come from a conference at a world-famous luxury resort and I loved Villa Flori just as much. Dinner at the restaurant was one of the best meals I have ever had!! Great property, ideally located between Como and Cernobbio, near restaurants and a 4 min walk to the ferry stop. The hotel feels like it's "floating" over the lake - all the rooms have balconies overlooking the lake with splendid views. Same goes for the terraces at the bar and the breakfast lounge. The staff were wonderful - receptionists, cleaning staff, bell staff, bar and breakfast attendants were all very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We used the simple but very well equipped spa facilities on the top floor which you need to reserve for your private use. All and all a fantastic hotel in one of the most beautiful locations in the world.

Loved this hotel! It had the most amazing view of the lake, the staff were so friendly and let us check in 4 hours early! Walkable to the city centre and to other attraction sites. Would highly recommend! Would happily stay here again.

After our stay at the Villa, I might be tempted to say that this is one of the best hotels experiences you can get in Como Lago. The reception was always available and happy to help us with any issues. However the best part of our stay is hands down the view. From its location on the lake you can remain extremely close to Como the city but far enough to avoid the crowds. As well as this you get a much better view of the lake which is heavenly at all times of day. If you are considering booking a stay make sure you book a lake view it is worth every cent. Though the hotel itself is worth the money the free breakfast will put any other hotels free breakfast to shame, it felt like a 5-star meal.

This was definitely the best hotel from the last 5 hotels we stayed while traveling from Naples to Venice. We loved it very much. Had excellent assistance from the porter Dan. If I ever return to Como I will definitely return.

Great locations, with beautiful views from room, reception, dining room, breakfast room and gardens. Convenient walk to ferry to Como, for further ferry rides to Bellagio and more. Excellent restaurant.

The hotel location along the water was absolutely amazing. The staff were phenomenal- especially the morning staff during breakfast (Shout out to Ryan!) We didn’t get the names of all of the staff but the ones we did - Mattia and Ryan - were phenomenal. The hotel needed a few updates like carpeting, but we had the most amazing view. Location was central between Cernobbio and Como but you really didn’t want to leave the room because of the view. The food was amazing - we had two meals at the Raimondo and they were delicious. Well done with this hotel which was stunning. Every single person was warm and welcoming and we would highly recommend it.
