The room is clean. Staff are pleasant. The hotel is very cozy. However, the towels need upgraded and more variety of food for breakfast.

Overall a good hotel to day. I would've have say very good if the mattress wasn't so hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The food for breakfast, day, and night was very good. The staff are also very friendly and will respond quickly to all of you needs. But.... they absolutely have to change their mattresses in the standard rooms. I'M not sure if all of the other rooms has the same problem, but the standard room definitely does.

The Internet at this hotel is spotty at best. The staff does not speak English. They have no English-speaking TV channels the elevators break all the time the restaurant staff is very polite, but the food is not geared towards a international clientele. Lasagna was terrible. Choose another hotel if you’re an international traveler.

Hotelli on ulkoiselta olemukseltaan "hieno" hotelli, mutta palvelun takia ei sitä ollenkaan. Huono kielitaitoito henkilökunnalla, jos asiakas ei puhu ranskaa. Huoneessa ei riittävää informaatiota, esim puhelimen käyttöön. (Kaikkialla maailmassa ei käytetä samanlaisia puhelimia!!) Huonesiivous hidasta, kestää monta tuntia, josta työntekijä on poissa huoneesta ja ovet auki. Ohjeessa kehoitetaan "säästämään luontoa" ja jättämään pyyhkeet lattialle, jos haluaa uudet tilalle. Ei toimi ollenkaan! Koskaan emme jättäneet pyyhkeitä lattialle ja aina ne haettiin heti aamulla pois ja tuotiin takaisin illalla! Mikä säästö?? Koko päivän huone on ilman pyyhkeitä (ei voi mennä suihkuun jne.) Kun pyyhkeet lopulta tuodaan, on niitä aina vain yhdelle asukkaalle. Kaikkea on kahdenhengen huoneessa vain yhdelle, vaikka varaus on tehty kahdelle! Jokaista asiaa joutuu pyytämään joka päivä uudelleen. Aamiainen on hyvä, mutta sielläkin kaikki on lopussa jo tuntia ennen aamiaisajan päättymistä! Meitä kehoitettiin tulemaan aikaisemmin syömään! Onko se hyvää palvelua! Yövyn usein eri maissa eri tasoisissa hotelleissa ja odotukset olivat korkealla tämän hotellin suhteen ja pettymys suuri huonosta palvelusta!! Huonepalvelu unohti tuoda tilattua vettä, joskus olut loppu. Vastaanoton nuoret "virkailijat" ylimielisiä. Ei kielitaitoa, istutaan tuolilla poissa asiakkaan läheltä eikä kuunnella loppuun asti asiaa. Nuori nainen yritti laskuttaa lähtiessä jo maksetusta huoneesta. Ei anneta kuitteja maksuista jne.

Bonjour nous avons été très bien reçu à notre arrivée l’hôtel et correcte dans l’ensemble la climatisation était très faible dans notre chambre et avec le soleil qui tape toute la journée les fenêtres pas assez opaques donc la lumière du jours peu vous réveiller sinon le petit-déjeuner copieux et très bien l’ensemble du personnel et très accueillant
