"Great area"

"It’s only five minutes from the airport, but it’s basically being used as a homeless shelter by people and families. It’s kind of rundown and there’s a lot of young men hanging around in the hallways at night time. Some people in the lobby were obviously strung out."

"The breakfast was a little cold children were touching the muffins putting them back and it wasn’t a large selection "

"Our room was very dull smelling, AC unit did not work well, it never cooled down our room and made it feel very moist inside as well as turned off by itself randomly. Plenty of parking."

"Before i entered the building the entire place smell like piss but i still made my way inside because i had a previous booking that would have been charged to my account anyway. When i entered, i advised the receptionist that I had a booking, mind you this was almost mid-night, he advised me that there were no more rooms. I am female and i was alone. I had to run down my uber and find another hotel to stay at in the wee hours of the night. The area was dark and scary with hang arounds outside. I do not recommend."

"Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sonesta. We plan to make it our favorite place to stay, for our next visit to Philly. The staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. Considering all the hotels where we’ve stayed Sonesta has become our favorite. It was our best experience. We highly recommend Sonesta."
