Also--the chef was personable, made a great omellete request for me as well as others. What would really go far...if offering a fresh-made waffle--an option of REAL genuine Maple Syrup (not the unhealthy "corn syrup" with artificial flavors). The hospitality staff each day was great. However, not all menu items were available....and food was good, yet it took over 25 minutes to receive the dinner. I was grateful for the evening reception as well. "
