Pretty average hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean but lacking drinking water and a kettle/ coffee machine. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Positives: All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and plenty of decent sun loungers but bar area was tired - as were lots of other communal areas. Gym was a bit random - some (brand new but) odd equipment in there but no mats, water or free weights. Location is about 2km from centre of Conegliano which we walked - go via the hill/ castle as it’s a bit more scenic (although still along a fast road in parts). Managed to get a taxi back from station on one night but struggled on the second. Definitely worth a trip into the centre of the old town for dinner - some incredible food and Prosecco. Overall hotel lacked atmosphere and could do with some modernisation but was fine for a couple of nights stopover.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Relais Le Betulle when we visited Conegliano in late April. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel room we stayed in was clean, large, and had a nice outdoor view.

The area is tranquil that you can have a perfect refreshment. The hotel is isolated from the town center so you need to trable if you want to have a dining. However, if you intended to have a well bing, get away from it all, it will be the perfect place for you.

Miserably looking and overpriced! NOT fabolous!

I made the mistake of booking this hotel based on the very deceiving pictures, rather than staying in one of the lovely and way cheaper hotels we previously stayed in the area. I thought given this is one of the most expensive hotels in the area we were in for a treat to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived after a fairly long drive feeling excited to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a lovely glass of prosecco and dinner at the hotel. Instead, we arrived at a very miserably looking hotel, noting reminding of a lovely Italian relais, instead this must be the most saddest looking hotel in Italy. To our utter surprise, the restaurant was closed and the hotel did not even seem to have a bar or proper lobby where we could enjoy a glass of prosecco. Reception area is equally miserably looking, not like a place you want to spend much time. Rooms are clean but again looking very dated, nothing resembling of the beautifully shot pictures on hotels.com. I feel scammed, especially for €177 per night. Luckily, we only booked this place for 1 night. Needless to say breakfast was another disappointment, coffee comes from a machine and the food didn't look appetising, nothing like the beautifully presented tables and made to order breakfast and coffee (included in the room price) offered in other 4 star hotels. My advice is book something else to avoid disappointment, there are plenty of other proper Italian hotels in the area for a fraction of the price!

Schön renoviertes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal in allen Bereichen. Bademäntel und Badetücher wären noch empfehlenswert für ein 4* Hotel, die leider bei uns fehlten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant in dem wir vorzüglich gegessen haben. Würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Gute Ausgangslage für die Prosecco Region

Ruhige Lage und für uns ideal gewesen, um mit dem Auto die Prosecco Straße und Gegend zu erkunden. Angenehm großes Zimmer mit sehr gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Frühstück ok, da als Eierspeise nur “fertiges” Rührei und ein Vollautomat für die Heißgetränke da ist, anstatt zum Beispiel frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Abendessen war preislich nicht ganz günstig, aber sehr ansprechend. Ausreichend Parkplätze (draußen), aber keine Parkgarage oder überdachte Plätze.

Freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Leider ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Spannteppich im Zimmer geht für mich gar nicht. Preis-/Leistung ok. Gibt bessere Unterkünfte zu diesem Preis in der Gegend.

Great, nicely priced place in the Prosecco hills.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years and always found it to be a good place for the money in the Prosecco hills. If you book a deluxe room be sure to ask for one with a balcony because there are two deluxe Roman with just windows. The restaurant, the pool, the rooms are all wonderful and modern with lovely amenities.

Vacker läge i Proseccodistriktet

Fantastiskt ställe i ett otroligt vackert område! Plus med gratis parkering (gott om plats) precis utanför. Underbar trädgård med pool och poolbar där vi kunde äta goda toast till lunch. Fin restaurang men glöm inte att boka bord!
