"Front desk and cleaning staff were extremely nice and helpful.
The only negative to the property is that the building is in desperate need of upgrades. Peeling walls and wallpaper. AC units are bad. Some of the door locks don’t work.
We love Empire. It’s in a great location. A few upgrades would go a long way."
