I liked the location. I did not like some people from the staff: the 2 girl bartenders from the cafeteria (morning shift),the older grumpy guy who did the check-in

A clean and quiet room in a great neighborhood bordering Little Italy and Chinatown. Very close two subway stations (5 min walk), which means Broadway shows and uptown museums are a 20-min subway ride away. No hotel restaurant, but that is not necessary because there is an abundance of food in every direction. I would stay here again.

During my stay in NYC I couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Even though guests share the bathroom, it was not a big deal and the staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location, but the rooms are sooooo small. 120 sq. ft. for 2 people is so tight with a double bed! No room to walk or open your suitcase. I had to work in the room and there is no table or chair to work! It was nuts. Also, the A/C was incredibly loud and kept turning on and off every 5 minutes all night. The noise didn't bother us, but the turning off and on kept waking us up! When I spoke to the front desk, we were asked if we weren't sure it was something outside? (We were sure.) We asked to be moved to a different room. They did move us, but they acted like they were giving us the grand suite. It was a 130 sq. ft. room with a queen bed, old table and chairs. It was definitely better, but barely.
