"I made a reservation through Expedia for USD 1,690 with payment to be made at the hotel. However, two days before my stay, the hotel unilaterally charged USD 464.90 to my credit card. Then, at check-in on October 12, the front desk staff charged USD 1,790, claiming it was only a “deposit hold” and assuring me that the final payment would be USD 1,690. Nevertheless, the previously charged USD 464.90 and the additional USD 100 (the difference between USD 1,790 and USD 1,690) have still not been refunded even after about ten days. I urge all guests to carefully verify the amount charged when staying at this hotel, and I sincerely request the hotel to resolve this matter promptly and in good faith. It is precisely because of hotels like yours that tourism in New York is declining and the city’s tourism economy is being damaged."

"This place was really nice because of the service. The train is close to this place. The staff were also very friendly. The room was great for staying alone, but the space felt a bit distorted, which was a bit uncomfortable. It was also disappointing that there was no refrigerator."
