"I’ve stayed in this hotel many times, years ago. Since then i guess they’re under new management. Still a clean hotel and the location is the best. But the rooms aren’t as cozy as they used to be. The hotel restaurant is different…and mediocre at best. The coffee shop in the lobby is no longer Starbucks. It’s decent, but coffee is kind of weak. You can’t charge anything to the room anymore, which just seems dumb considering they’re right on the property. The worst thing was that it was unseasonably warm in NY and the hotel and rooms were HOT. We asked the desk to adjust the temperature in our room because you can’t control it yourself. We heard other guests with the same complaint. All they did was open the window. This used to be my go-to hotel when i stayed in Brooklyn. Not sure if I’ll stay here again. It was a disappointment considering we used to love it years ago."

"Perfect location in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn. Definitely will be our go to when attending events at the Barclays. Only issue I had was parking. Parking was close to the hotel but the fee is expensive! Perhaps the Hotel can partner with the parking facility and offer guess a discounted rate. Other than that, no issue. "
