"Stayed here recently with my child. After a horrendous time getting there arrived late to a friendly face. Was given a nice room without a safe or microwave. , so changed room. Next room was small and old and dirty. The safe didnt work and room wasn't what I paid for so had to wait until later the next day to get a better room. Still not what I booked but had a great view and was cleaner so settled with this. Stayed for 10 nights. Free tea and coffee in lobby. Great staff and felt safe there. Few dodgy characters outside but wasn't a problem for us. Comfy clean beds, but room needs a duster to it. Great air con once I googled how to use it. All in all a good stay. Would stay again."
