"Where I needed to be, this was a perfect location. The rooms were more spacious than I anticipated. There is a microwave and mini-fridge which was great although I did not use the microwave. Housekeeping kept forgetting to replenish the shampoo and conditioner which were empty when I arrived but I had my own anyway. They also forgot to service the room one of the days. Otherwise, the place was great and I would highly recommend it. The staff that I spoke with were quite friendly."

"MC HONEST REVIEW Room: 5/5: The room was a great size and we loved coming back each afternoon to find it freshly cleaned. Housekeeping was so warm and respectful, those small things really make a difference when you're away from home. Service 5/5: The front desk team were absolute stars. Nothing was too much trouble. They answered every question, handled every request, and honestly went out of their way to help. At one point they even sorted car service to JFK for us. That kind of thoughtfulness sticks with you. Breakfast 1000/5: Breakfast was genuinely great. Really good spread and a special shoutout to the staff who made mornings feel like a highlight. Location 5/5: Location-wise, you can't really ask for more. Close to the train station, easy to get around, and a solid base for exploring the city. Overall: Great stay, great people. Can't ask for more than that."

"The staff was courteous and helpful.. We had 2 rooms reserved and had requested refrigerators for both rooms, well in advance. They were not in the rooms when we arrived, which only added to an already stressful travel day. Although, I did like that I was able to text the staff and get it resolved quickly. I feel at that price point a refrigerator and little coffee machine should be a given. It was nice to sit out in front at the tables, the area was nice and there were many places to go within walking distance, stores, restaurants, etc. Overall it was a nice stay."
