"The hotel itself was nice the location the staff, the cleanliness. The only thing I had problems with was the elevators maybe need more or stairs and the parking was awful other than that I will stay again"

"Great location. Very convenient for people travelling from JFK airport. Twenty minute train ride on the LIRR from Jamaica station and then a ten minute walk from Grand Central. Staff were all polite and helpful. One minor issue with TV remote control on first day which was rectified quickly."

"Muy buen hotel agradable ambiente solo que la bañera ocupa atención ya que es inevitable el escurrimiento de agua atravesar de la puerta de cristal. Nos quedamos dos noches, la primera todo perfecto pero la segunda todo un cahos, estábamos muy cansados y las alarmas se encendieron a la 1:00 am. salimos como los demás a los pasillos y en el altavoz dicen que es situación bajo investigación por lo que después dicen que todo está bien. Por esa parte bien. Pero después de eso dos veces más en diferente hora... La verdad algo molesto. Y sin decir que de escuchaba música hasta las 6 de la madrugada sin parar. Te aconsejo que te hospedes en los primeros pisos."
