"Pros: The hotel is very pretty, has a modern, fun design, and is overall very clean. The employees are SO kind, helpful, and fast to bring things you ask for. The downstairs lounge area is very cute and convenient too. The room's bathroom is decently roomy. The king bed takes up the majority of the room, but the furniture is designed well to add a decent amount of storage in the space. Breakfast has eggs, bread products, breakfast meat, yogurt, cold and warm cereal, and a whole fruit. Lots of cute restaurants nearby, and you can walk to Barclays Center in about 15 minutes.
Cons: The women's bathroom toilet did not flush and it smelled horrible like sewer in there several days...not sure how that wasn't fixed. And the toilet in the room isn't the strongest so multiple flushes are needed sometimes. The water bottle refill wasn't working well, it only sprinkled out water. The shower water makes a pool outside the shower if you take more than a quick shower. The walls are not soundproof so you can hear other people."
