"We stayed in no less than 5 accommodations on our long road trip, and this was my family's FAVORITE!!
We were in a room with a kitchenette, and it was incredibly convenient to have a fridge, freezer, dishes, silverware, and cookware in addition to the cooktop. We loved the storage space for food and luggage, and my kids loved the overall layout. It was a very effective use of the city space with a large bathroom as well.
The staff was kind, helpful, and very timely with our requests. We SO appreciated having laundry facilities available, especially that they were free for guests with a reasonable number of machines... plus there is a pool table, fooseball, ping pong, and more in the laundry room, which one of my kids started referring to as the arcade.
The location was convenient for walking to the ferry & piers as well as other sights and public transportation. We parked in a nearby garage which had parking validated at the hotel (but almost as expensive as our stay...)
If we head back to NYC, this will absolutely be where we stay!!"
