"We stayed at the Holiday Inn Brooklyn Downtown for 8 days. While there were positive aspects, our overall experience wasn’t good enough to return. The good: • Reception and housekeeping were great – friendly, helpful, and professional. • The mini fridge and TV worked well. • The pool looked clean and well-kept, though we didn’t use it. • The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was in good condition.
