"This was the second time we stayed at Hotel Arlo when visiting NYC and the stay was as good as our first experience. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and they and the asthetics of the hotel all provide a great base for a stay in the CDity."

"The hotel is beautiful, however not very functional unless you are a solo traveler. The bathroom is a small glass box that you can hear/see everything through, which is not ideal when someone else is in the room. The shower floods across the whole bathroom floor because there is no door separating the shower and toilet, so you will be standing in a puddle when using the restroom unless you dry it up. Also extremely disappointed in the actual check in process. We arrived earlier in the day and inquired about early check in, to which the staff at the desk said the room was not ready yet but that they would place us on a “priority list” and give us a call when it was ready. So we stored our luggage and went to kill some time. We arrived back at 3pm, the original check in time, and were told that our room just needed to be ‘inspected’. So we sat in the lobby and waited for almost two hours for our room to be ready, until we couldn’t anymore as we had a reservation. I asked the front desk if there was an ETA on the room and they said they could not provide one, but they would call and email me once the room was available. So we stored our luggage again and left. We did not receive a call or email at all letting us know our room was ready. We were finally able to check in around 9pm when we got back to the hotel. Not being able to provide early chen in is understandable, but to promise a 3pm check in and not be able to provide a r"

"I found the room a little warm. Theres a lounge with snacks, fountain machine, coffee, tea, water, and a light breakfast free. Staff was wonderful. I have high standards and can say this place was wonderful"

"It was my first time staying at the Margaritaville Times Square, but definitely not my last! The hotel was amazing...location, staff, atmosphere, room, amenities...spot on! I couldn't have asked for a better stay in NYC! Thank you for that! You even kept my luggage until I was done the next day...much appreciated!! Already planning our next excursion!! Barb "

"Will not stay here again. Rooms are nice sized but you get no sleep due to constant street noise. Water was tepid at best and hotel offered no amenities. Baggage check consisted of luggage being set in a room right off opening that was not secured nor was luggage tagged. Do not recommend. "
