โMy partner and I really enjoyed our stay in a spacious and well equipped apartment in 17 John. Everything we could need for a short stay in New York was available.
Apartments are just a few minutes walk from Fulton Street subway, but also surrounded by local shops and restaurants. Brooklyn Bridge is also just a few minutes walk away.
Reception is manned 24/7, and were really helpful. A small problem with one of the doors in our apartment was fixed on the day reported.
Recommended, and hope...
โBuilding and room were very clean and elevator was very fast, in other words, infra was perfect.
Might be a little small and could not have a beautiful view but excellent location if you travel lower Manhattan.(on the wall street, close to WTC, Brooklyn Bridge and so on)โ
"COCKROACH
1. While I was lying on the bed, a cockroach came down the wall...
2. The front desk manager who was a short, overweight Black woman was very rude. She didn't answer correctly, didn't give a look while talking, and especially gave wrong information on the parking lot which needed hotel vouchers to get a discount(but she said nothing about it even though I asked twice) I stayed 3/1-3/2 and she was on the front 2nd Mar 2025 9:00am
3. Heater was not working and was freezing cold. After changing the room it was working..
4. Noise from the other room."
"This place was really nice because of the service. The train is close to this place. The staff were also very friendly. The room was great for staying alone, but the space felt a bit distorted, which was a bit uncomfortable. It was also disappointing that there was no refrigerator."
