"Upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioning in my room was not working. After contacting the staff, I was informed that the air conditioning had been intentionally turned off and could not be enabled for individual rooms, as it is centrally controlled for the entire hotel. I find this extremely disappointing, particularly because this critical limitation was not disclosed at the time of booking.
Despite being advised to open the windows and later being provided with a fan, the room remained unbearably hot and uncomfortable. These measures were clearly inadequate and fell far below what is expected from a premium room. It is unacceptable that such a basic amenity was knowingly unavailable without prior notice."
