Front desk, non existent. Everything requested felt like I was inconveniencing them. Very uncomfortable. Staff was kind but completely all over the place. Wasn’t the best experience, unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Only + was the location.

The rooms were comfortable and air adjusted as it should compared to the weather. I love the intimate design. Quiet and simple. The dinners were fabulous and a quick delicious breakfast. The staff at front were friendly and accommodating as well as all wait staff. I will be staying again in October for sure. Location was great for shopping and eating with subway access a few blocks away.
