"Very cheap pillows and not comfortable bed. I’ve developed neck pain from the pillows and kept waking up in the middle of the night to fix the pillow as it felt like I was on a rock and I had to keep fixing it. The queen bed is not a real queen bed it felt like full size. Two 110 lbs 5’2 girls couldn’t fit in the bed. We had to call and ask if this was for sure a queen bed.. but excellent staff was the only good part of the hotel. Very helpful and sweet customer service. "

"Outdated. No fridge. Low water pressure. The area did not feel very safe to us(only girls). However, free water and coffee was excellent. Temp control works well. Metro station is close by. Overall satisfied but far from most of attractions. "

"The only thing I didn't like was the mandatory cleaning day. They have a tablet that has room control including what days you want your room to be cleaned. Only one of the days I couldn't turn off."
