“Prison cell sized rooms at full Hilton prices. Not kidding, the rooms are so small you can't walk past the bed without turning sideways. The sink is in the hall, not the bathroom. No place to store anything. There's no place to put your luggage. The neighboorhood is sketchy, bums sleeping on the sidewalks. Don't go out after dark. Most mornings the hot water runs out. This is the closest hotel to the Universities, but still would be better to take a car/subway from further south.”

“Good location with subway close to getting in and out of the city. Had everything we needed in a room for 3 people but it was fairly noisy with people arriving and leaving at all times and there was no lifts so people were loud getting luggage down the stairs. The neighbourhood was fairly safe but had a fair amount of homeless people as most city’s would.”

“At first, the room was prepared for someone else, room service drink did not come as ordered, the cafe had terrible wait on the food(both breakfast and lunch), and no apologies from the staff. The individual components are good but the service connection needs major improvements.”
