We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s basic but very clean, and the location is excellent — close to the metro station and within easy reach of Central Park. What really stood out was the extremely helpful staff; whenever we requested something, it arrived at our room within minutes. Overall this Hotel was a good choice for me. It ticked all of the boxes for cleanliness, convenience, bed comfort, and pleasant staff. My only criticisms are: the hot water took a long time to reach my floor (13th) and some of the furniture was a little tired.

We arrive around 10 pm and the staff was kind and welcoming at the check-in. Our room was essential but clean and there was also bathroom products and kettle to drink something warm. It’s a good hotel to stay in the upper west side.
