Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options and fairly balanced choices. The staff at the front desk were very professional and welcoming. On a more negative note, there seems to be a lack of organization. After a long trip, I was given a room that was said to be ready, but it was clearly not cleaned and a guest had just checked out. You can imagine how frustrating that was. Additionally, the photos shown on the website are not very representative of the actual rooms. The rooms could definitely use some refreshing. I was also disappointed with the housekeeping service. Although the service is supposed to be provided every two days, the service I received was very disappointing: the bathroom was not cleaned and the housekeeper even ran the dishwasher for just one plate. During breakfast, some of the male staff supervising the area were not very professional. One of them was handing out his personal cards to women and telling them to contact him if they needed help. Overall, the hotel is extremely well located, close to everything and near Times Square. The size of the rooms is very good compared to many other hotels in Manhattan. The kitchenette in the room is also a great advantage for saving money on food. I have also attached photos of the room that was given to me upon my arrival.

Location was good and walking distance from most places. Rooms are spacious but the bathroom wasn’t properly clean. Towels were rough and the most inconvenient part was having no water at night. Middle of taking a shower the water stopped and when I told the hotel they just brushed it off by saying someone is working on it and you’ll have water in another hour or so. I had to try to wash shampoo off my hair with some bottled water I bought to drink.

Hôtel très bien placé, proche du métro (arrêt Penn Station) et de Times Square. Le personnel est accueillant, la chambre est spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, il y a du choix et on peut l'emporter. Rien à redire sur notre séjour. Je recommande.
