The hotel was gorgeous and the view was perfection. I even enjoyed the food and ambience of the hotel. The rooftop is definitely an amazing experience. The only downfall was the elevator would not work for my floor my whole stay and wasn’t fixed even when I left.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The ambiance was great. The pool Atmosphere was great and the parties were nice and well organized. The view from the balcony was superb. Parking is easily accessible and varieties of food are nearby.

Fabulous location in North Williamsburg. Balcony rooms offer a great view of Manhattan. Convenient 24 hour deli across the street, next to a local cannabis dispensary. Parking can be found on the streets near the hotel, but one must be aware of alternate side of the street parking restrictions. Restaurant in hotel has basic offerings for meals, but there are many local establishments within walking distance.

Stuff at Arlo was amazing easy check in Easy check out very accommodating with everything I needed like extra amenities the only thing was the balcony door was a little hard to open and the room phone was cut so I had to always use my phone to call downstairs but other than that I would give them 9 outta 10!! Amazing The roof top to die for!!!

Everything about my stay at Arlo Wburg was great except for the fact that there was practically zero noise insulation in the room. I could hear everything going on in the hallway and the music from the rooftop, which made it hard to sleep. Despite this, the room itself was very nice and clean and I really enjoyed making use of the pool.

I really enjoyed this hotel and they have the best bartender who made me such a good cucumber martini at the rooftop. She needs a raise. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel again.

This hotel is old and beat up. Our rooms bathroom room which was a sliding door was broken and as couple that wasn’t an ideal situation. One of us had to go to the balcony while the other one used the bathroom. The bathroom sink was clogged and the warm water handle didn’t really work. The elevator was broken for two days so it didn’t stop at our floor so we had to take the stairs which is fine but it doesn’t scream luxury when you are taking the back staircase down to exit. For the amount they charge per day the room doesn’t meet the expectation but the location is perfect and the pool is great! The staff are great at all the restaurants! This hotel is a 3.5 stars! Book it if you want a great location hotel but don’t expect a luxury experience!

One of the nicer all around decent hotels we stayed in and during our trip - almost all staff wasn't informative. And very helpful. There was one staff who was continuously assuming that my name was my bf's name even after seeing my ID - but not the biggest deal just moved on but it was weird. Other than that some of the most helpful kind staff from ALL our hotels we stayed at this trip. The ladies were absolutely lovely. The elevator was extremely annoying! There was a party that people that we're not saying at the hotel were coming in for and it took 5 + minues to stand waiting for an elevator then when it arrived i was in an elevator with 12 othe bodies in my pajamas while they went to the rooftop - I feel this was extremely inconsiderate and there were 2 elevators extra they chose not to run all night long. at least keep those two elevators dedicated to the guest and the other to the party
