EXCELLENT location in Times Square at a reasonable price. I loved the decor and the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel has 52 stories, so the free internet is slow. Bringing your own hot spot would be recommended.

First we had to pay $75 to check in early. The room was ready and would have sat empty anyway. But we were tired after 12 hrs of travel from HI. Then the room was outdated, dirty carpet, no refrig, no coffee or bottle water.. Location is great. Staff was nice, but for the ridiculous cost we got a 1 star room for 4 star prices.

The hotel is old I went before the renovation. There was no bar and had to go to 7th floor for check in. The location was great close to time square and subway entrances close by the bed was comfy. No fridge or microwaves was annoying. If your just there to sleep it’s ok and for the location other than that it’s old and needs lots of renovations.

I had a great stay at Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square. good sized rooms that were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Nice view from the 20th floor facing south and was able to get plenty of fresh air in the room as both windows were openable a good amount. Really enjoed my stay no real issues. And to top things off George the Rooms Manager gave me exceptional customer service which I really appreciated. So I am very positive about my stay.
