We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Grand Central. Location is perfect- walking distance to most of midtown and all the subways we took left from Grand Central so made it so easy to get around. The amenities and staff were great and our room was large so plenty of space.

Room was very clean, all staff were friendly and helpful. A/C could have been cooler and had to run the shower for 5 mins to get the hot water but other than that I was very happy with my room.
