"We stayed in this hotel in 2014 and booked it again as the location is fantastic. The exterior and lobby areas were modern; however, our room was dated and very tired, could do with being decorated."

"The hotel was very clean and all staff members were exceptional. The only complaints were that the room keys didn't work very well and we had to have them replaced twice, even though we kept the card away from our phones as instructed at check-in and the thermostat was a little tricky. However, opening the window cooled the room effectively. Concierge, housekeeping, buffet,and front desk staff were great. The lobby was very welcoming and relaxing."

"The hotel staff is very friendly, all the areas are very clean, rooms are decent size; great location, walking distance to Time Square and many restaurants. Only thing I didn’t like was that the coffee area wasn’t available throughout the day, just in the morning maybe by 10am. Overall I think this is a good option even though it’s a bit outdated. "
