"Great location in Times Square, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Very cool decor in the lobby/bar making it a unique stay as well. Going back next month!"

"Excellent across the board. Ive stayed here several times yearly over the last 10 yrs. Safe, clean, quite,convenient, comfortable bd, Extrodenery staff. They've helped.... accept packages. Airline wrong luggage, fell/swollen black eye, extend reservation at last min due to illness.... very accomendating and discrete. Rooms are a good size.2 sub stops near, pharmacy 1/2 blk. 5 min theater district /time sq. Delis, resturants, groceries.. .everywhere! Its new york! this is 1 of my favorite properties as an international 70 yr solo female traveler. Good pricing too. "

The Lombardy Hotel

"Just in off famed Park Avenue, and a few blocks away from 5th Madison and 5th Avenue (shopping galore), as well as Central Park (easy to walk up to the Central Park Zoo, and if you want to get your steps in, up to the Met), this boutique hotel is a find. Especially as the rooms (we had two queen beds) were much larger than most in NYC at the same price range. While there's no food in the hotel, restaurants and coffee shops abound as soon as you walk out the door. And many rooms have small kitchenettes. The staff is lovely and helpful, the beds are very comfortable, and we would certainly stay again."

"Very convenient! Clean rooms! Smelled amazing! Staff wondered esp Raquel when checking in she let us know everything surrounding us and how to get there, gave us our WiFi password, and told us we could text if we needed anything from the hotel 24/7 to just reply. I would definitely stay here and refer others here as well"
