"so only 5 star for location and near to metro and also the staff,, super cordial and helpful, rooms were pretty small, but safe and no noise from inmates, lesser charging points, lights were less, dim, bathroom was too small, rooms were too small, but for the price you pay to stay near manhattan, considering the price, its decent, first day u feel bad, then u feel fine, and the city take over everything, few things to improve, give a complimentary 1 litre water bottle, to every room each day, after cleaning the room, just put the bottle there, even though you can include a dollar or two in the room price or your fare Secondly, add more lights to your rooms, its dim. thridly, more charging points, like mobile laptop charging points to be added, keep liguid shower gel also along with shampoo instead of only soaps, these small things are very doable, and will add lot more to customer experience, also get the wifi checked, it worked very slow, but overall comfortable stay, we were so dead tired by the end of the day, that we would just retire like this, rest all cool aircondition was fine, nearby shops are all fine"

"The hotel has a serious problem with housekeeping and cleaning, disconnected employees. The first day we were given a great room because ours for some reason was not ready, and while it had a great view, there was no running water in the sink and we were given a twin bed but we were 4, not 3. One of us managed to sleep in a sofa, but since some blinds would not go down and the sofa was not really comfortable, we barely slept. Some curtains were ripped off and mostly all are dirty. The next day we were given our regular room and while our linens were clean, the floor was very dirty and they left all the litter in the bathroom trash can. I asked them to please clean it the next day, but they didn’t. Wood floor in this room is severely scratched and poorly maintained. The last day they didn’t broom or mopped the floor except for the bathroom. It is in a great and fun location though. We don’t mind the noise from the bars outside. As someone that manages properties, a clean room, and employees with attention to detail makes the difference. Please train management and housekeepers on industry standards. The hotel is in a great location and it’s a great facility, but you need to do this right."

"The bathroom was a petri dish. Felt cleaner riding the subway than talking a shower with the amount of mold in the corners of the bathroom. The shower head also sprayed and leaked. Checking in was ok but staff looked underwhelmed and did not speak very friendly. One thing we did appreciate was the free water bottles at the check in desk. Don't have high expectations."

"Great location and easy to get around. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Only real issue is they only had one key per room so if you have multiple people staying in a room, you’d have to have one of the staff let you in. Very large room if you get the suite And it’s great having a full kitchen if you’re staying for multiple days."
