My main problem was that I had no washcloths for 2 nights and when I asked for them on both nights I was told that there would be some there in the morning once the delivery came and they never arrived in the downstairs common area where they keep the linens for the guest to pick from. I had to go to the Walgreens down the street to purchase a loofa to take a decent shower. "
