"Cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were courteous and attentive. The location was conveniently close to Times Square. I would definitely recommend booking here again."

"The room was spotless and the staff friendly. My other comments are that I really like the minimalist vibe. It’s very sustainable. However, you don’t provide a way for visitors to recycle or compost, which I think a lot of them would want to do. Other suggestions: have milk available for people to put in coffee. I was a little alarmed that the room had a window that opened completely to the outside far above ground. I would have liked another blanket, a regular outlet over the desk, a notice to hang on the door to let the staff know that they don’t have to clean or change towels, and more places to hang wet towels. I liked the bar and breakfast and access to free tours. Great location and interesting clientele! Thanks much. Love that check out was at noon. Darcy DuMont"
