One of the best hotels I’ve ever booked for myself as a makeup artist during the busy fashion week season was this place. Everything was spotless, and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. My room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day of work. I highly recommend this hotel to all my associates, family, and friends. They’ll definitely rebook for any type of booking I get in New York. I’m thoroughly satisfied with my stay here.

We loved the big room. The market downstairs was so convenient. The staff was amazing. Having the luggage storage after checkout was so handy. There are two fancy restaurants in the building. We were one block from Wall Street. We were within walking distance to many attractions. It was a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Manhattan! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The location is excellent, the room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated how welcoming and professional everyone was. The hotel has a great atmosphere and is in a perfect location for exploring Manhattan, with restaurants, shopping, and major attractions nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient location in Manhattan!

The room was so efficient. The architect utilized the space so eloquently. It looked like a loft style apartment. My stay was very peaceful. I loved my accommodations. I would like to suggest that they leave two washcloths in the rooms. I only had one cloth and at night (which they can't control) the cars were blowing their horns a lot. Yet the staff were nice and the place was extremely nice.

The property is ideally located in lower manhattan. Easy access to subways to go uptown. Great location to explore low battery park and make a trip out to the Statue of Liberty. Room was very spacious. Very comfortable with daily maid service. Staff in the lobby were exceptionally helpful very courteous and made for a great visit. Would stay here again.

We went to a concert at the rooftop at Pier 17 and this was the perfect location. There is a person at the check in desk, and you can store your luggage there if needed. I was also able to text the number in the reservation email and arrange to check in about an hour early. Otherwise, this is a very low-contact operation. The room was very quiet and quite big for a Manhattan hotel. Everything was updated and clean. I do wish there were privacy shades on the windows that would let light in while obscuring the view in addition to the black out shades. Though we didn’t think we would need it, we appreciated the suite style of the room after ending up with dinner leftovers that we could keep in the fridge to enjoy later. Highly recommend and would stay again!

I stayed at this property for a week. Location is good; however it was a lot of construction work going on in the area. Pros: staff is nice and extremely responsive. Rooms are large and have A/C and full kitchen. Cons: rooms are dark, halls have a specific smell, sofa bed is bad , towels are not really white and the tub drains too slow. Housekeeping forgets to leave towels for more than two guests but they bring more as soon as you text them. They are also inconsistent to leave coffee. There is no physical key ( it’s a code, so bring your glasses) and they have a nice gym. Amenities:Coffee place is great/ bar at 67 floor is very difficult to get to. Overall I still think they deserve 5 stars for convenience, niceness , easy check in and check out, clean and comfy beds. Great job!
