Property is very clean and perfectly located in downtown Brooklyn. Unfortunately our room was quite small (it was double queen room) and therefore it was hard to even enter the bathroom with 2 kids. They offer a convenient parking space in the garage next door (just keep in mind that you can't reach your car throughout your stay). One of the two elevators was out of order, making it hard to reach the lobby in the morning. They gladly keep your luggages after checkout for 2$ each.

We were disappointed that our room was directly across from the elevator. It was quite loud, especially around midnight, and made it difficult to fall asleep. However, we accidentally left a very important item in the room after checking out. When we returned, we were very grateful to find that the staff had safely kept it for us. We truly appreciate their honesty and helpfulness

I loved the fact that a few minutes after arriving we got a call to our room asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Wonderful customer service. Also the room was super clean down to the bedsheets!!

The hotel didn’t have air conditioning in the lobby. They had these blowing air machines. The elevator broke we only could use one elevator. We stayed on the 14 floor it was a tough walk. The one area of the room had ants. We had to buy ant spray. The best thing about the hotel was our balcony.

Great hotel in downtown Brooklyn! Walkable distance to DUMBO, Barclays, subway station and plenty of dining options. My room was clean and the fitness centre in the basement was way more spacious than what I’m used to from a hotel.
