エアコンが止まってスタッフに言ったらすぐに治しに来てくれた。 朝、ロビーでコーヒーのサービス、水も用意されている。 地下鉄も近くにあり何処へ行くにも便利でした。 マンハッタン行くにも近いし、トレジョ、ターゲットもあるし　近くに有名なベーグルもある。円安には絶対穴場です。

I’ve stayed at this property a number of times before, all of which were pleasant. Not this time! The common area were noticeably unclean. My room, while passably clean, had things (e.g., the safe) that were not operational. The reception staff was noticeably unfriendly at check-in and and otherwise. While I didn’t store my bags at checkout, others who did were charged $2.00 per bag, which is not the norm in other comparable properties I’ve stayed in NYC. All in all, a very disappointing stay.

This hotel fell short in several fundamental ways. On checking in, I found blood stains on the sheets and hair in the bed, which raised serious concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The room was noisy, and the fan rattled throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi repeatedly cut out and was largely unusable. Reliable internet should be a basic requirement in a hotel today. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated, but the hotel itself is run down and in need of proper maintenance and modernisation. Given the cleanliness issues, disrupted sleep and unreliable internet, it was very poor value for money. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until these problems are addressed.

We came to town for a game at Barclays Center and booked a double room for me and my 2 sisters. At check in we were told the hotel overbooked and we'd have to split into two separate rooms that were located on the same floor. I explained we booked in advance to stay together, but staff said there was nothing they could do.

I arrived to the hotel, the lobby was hot, loud and smelly. Apparently, the AC in the lobby was out, and they were running about 5 swamp coolers in the lobby. They made the lobby very uncomfortable to be in because they were super loud and made it smell musty. I was informed upon arrival that I would have a $25 per night amenity fee for a total of $85 ( I was staying 4 days 3 nights) for the use of the exercise rooms, the discounts to restaurants and Citi Bikes. (I was never told how to access the Citi Bikes or discounts, nor was I told where the exercise room was, but ok) Then I waited forever and took the elevator up to my room (one elevator was broken the entire time I was there). The hallways looked dingy, with small particles of trash on the ground- something a working vacuum would have taken care of- but the same trash was there all weekend. My room was fine; the sheets had a small stain that had obviously been cleaned but should not be on bedsheets at a hotel. The room smelled a bit off. I opened the window, and it was fine, but it didn't smell fresh at all. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to fall asleep. I was worried becasue my room is right next to the ice maker, but when I alerted the front desk, they said it was turned off after 10. Great! Imagine my surprise when the ice maker goes off at midnight... and for a long time. I called downstairs and they said it was staff getting ready for the morning. !!! COME ON!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful but there were many things in the hotel that weren’t working. Our hotel room had hair everywhere i.e. on the bed, on the wall in the bathroom, in the shower and on the floor. The air-conditioning had gone out in the lobby when we arrived. The self check out where you could buy snacks for the evening wasn’t working. The elevator stopped working and we were staying on the 11th floor. At checkout, we had to search for the employee so that we didn’t miss our plane. Understandably, I know things will happen, but there were too many issues to overlook.

Property is very clean and perfectly located in downtown Brooklyn. Unfortunately our room was quite small (it was double queen room) and therefore it was hard to even enter the bathroom with 2 kids. They offer a convenient parking space in the garage next door (just keep in mind that you can't reach your car throughout your stay). One of the two elevators was out of order, making it hard to reach the lobby in the morning. They gladly keep your luggages after checkout for 2$ each.

Leider mussten wir täglich unser Frühstück mit furchtbaren Lärm der Klimaanlagengeräte einnehmen. Die stationäre Klimaanlage war seit Längerem ausgefallen und das Hotel hatte drei mobile Geräte in der Lobby/Frühstücksareal platziert, die höllisch lärmten. Das hätte normalerweise zu einem Preisnachlass gereicht was jedoch nicht erfolgte. Von den zwei Aufzügen im Hotel funktionierte der eine nicht und Gäste hatten lange Wartezeiten am Aufzug. Lobbypersonal war nicht übermässig freundlich keine Begrüßung oder nur ein lächeln. Frühstück ok, Lage des Hotels gut. Zimmer zweckmässig aber die Klimaanlage im Zimmer startete alle 20 Min mit einem Riesenlärm für etwa fünf Minuten auch Nachts. Laut Lobby ließ sich das nicht ändern. Auch deshalb hätte der Reisepreis herabgesetzt werden müssen.

The room was clean but the water/ice machine was broken the whole time. The ice/water machine also beeped for 30min in the morning and woke me up. I told the front desk and it beeped for another 15min before someone turned it off. The elevator was broken and the only one that worked was very slow. The AC stopped working one morning which made things very stressful because it was super hot out.

Everything about my stay was good with the exception of the guests adjacent to my room. They were extremely loud arguing from about 11a until I can’t remember b/c I dozed off after calling the front desk to complain. I don’t know if they ever can but I was so frustrated that I came out my room and complained to the guests myself. After a long day of facilitating trainings until 9p all I wanted was some peace and quiet and to get a good nights sleep. Unfortunately, that’s didn’t occur. Like I said, that experience aside, my overall stay was good.

no full length mirror in room and then when I asked to switch, I was told to call the next day around check-in time and I should be able to get one and I still wasn’t. One elevator was down most of my stay, but the good thing I was only on the second floor so I took the stairs. The kitchen closed earlier than usual (without warning) the one day I needed to order dinner as well. The staff was friendly enough, nothing really to rave about though. The room itself was clean and decent. You cannot stream on the TV.
