"We booked what we thought was a high ceilinged private villa with a hot tub - but instead were told that it was a lower ground floor villa with an extra daily rate to pay for the hot tub - even though we’d paid a premium to specifically get this benefit. So we changed our booking to a room in the hotel with a stunning view across the lagoon - which is what we wanted in the first place. The hotel then kindly included breakfast in our hotel room rate, as this did not have a self catering facility. "

It was the perfect start to our day. The location was also ideal – quiet and relaxing, yet conveniently close to local attractions and transport.
