"What I didn't like is the locks were changed during the day while I was gone and I did not receive any notification that the locks would be changed and I would have to get new key cards. They apparently put the notice under the door the same day they changed the lock which I'd already left that morning and when I returned and the late evening I'm trying to get my room unlocked. Had to go down to the desk ring the bell nobody came went back up. Tried to get into the room again. Went back down that time I rang the bell and someone did come and help me and give me new key cards. But since they knew I was going to be there for 5 days I think they should have been able to notify me before doing it while I was already gone for the day"

"Great stay at this hotel. Spent one night before we flew out of Mesa Gateway. Would highly recommend. Clean and comfortable! Decent breakfast too. "

"Was looking for a place to stay for the weekend that was safe and in the area as a 1 guest stay. The moment, I walked in Ryan, the front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful. I immediately felt like I was in a good place and that if I had any questions, Ryan would be the one to help. His energy was awesome and he seemed very knowledgeable of the guests staying here. His friendly demeanor was so welcoming! Shout out to Ryan!"
