The front desk lady was great. Pool and hot tub down for maintence. I booked hotel for the pool and hot tub. Dirty stained sheets. Cobs webs in all corners, blinds broken. Dead flies and mold in little refridgerator. Tv didnt work properly, had to keep wiggling wires to keep tv on. Floors were not vacumed, loose tile flooring in bathroom. Stained bath towels, walls dirty with a hole in wall and stuffed with what looked like dryer sheets. Positive side...water pressure in shower was good. Will never be staying at a Baymont or windhaym property again.

1 hangar in room, 1 functional lamp, 1 functional dresser drawer, iron leaked, tv volume default was 99, no housekeeping the entite duration. The place is a dump.

Unfortunately,this was not the stay we expected. The breakfast was a lot more limited than we thought. The pool area was completely shut down. We often look forward to that in amenities as we come with a kids hockey team. Several of the rooms did not appear to be cleaned properly, if at all. The keys were difficult to use on room doors. The smell of the rooms were musty and smelt of cigarette. There was left over food in the fridge and previous guests belongings , in many of our rooms. We did not see cleaning staff once in our 3 night stay. Bathrooms had hair and mirrors were not cleaned. The shower didn’t drain effectively. We did mention this all to the staff and they said so sorry , but did nothing to improve the situation. We had no other options so we had to stay .Staff was friendly, as we were able to use the common area as a group.

Poor condition
The hotel is very old. Stayed for 6 days and had no housekeeping service even when requested. Breakfast was poor with limited selection of cereal, white toast and stale bagels. Smelled pot smoke in the halls. Common areas were dirty.

Not very clean. Rooms could use updating. The so called breakfast was terrible. Plain bagels and bread.

Room needed quite a bit of repairs, pool couldn't be used because it was being used as a storage area, even the poolwas full of water. Breakfast was toast, coffee, Cheerios and old apples.

facility is getting old and maintenance is slipping. tiles were loose in the bathroom floor, towel rack was not connected on one side. pool area was closed, looks like it has been for a long time, breakfast was lacking, ran out of waffles, bagels, and juice Sunday morning. positive side staff was caring and pleasant. building was nice looking at a quick look

Place was filthy. They gave you one bar of soap, 2” wide, 1/8” thick, off-brand shampoo, no conditioner. I had to go out and buy soap and shampoo. Towels were threadbare. Two sheets and a blanket, no duvet cover/bedspread. Room was terribly damp. Pillows were a lumpy mess and I have a terrible backache from the mushy mattress.

Swimming under construction and closed! For breakfast juice machine out of order. None or cheap toiletries provided. Room carpet is damp. Disappointed with a lot.

Advertised pool and hot tub. Neither was available. Never cleaned or serviced tge room once. Free breakfast wasn’t very good. Had problems checking in because of the internet system being changed. Cable tv had issues. Microwave had to be moved to use it.

First off, room had no fridge so we had no place to keep our food cold. Room was somewhat clean but it smelled musty, there were rips and stains in the bedding, glass was cracked on a photo on the wall, toilet didn't work properly, our room cards constantly stopped working and we couldn't get in our room, and the pool was unavailable the entire time which was a huge disappointment to my kids. Then they had a power failure for over a day, so our AC & fan didn't work and it was super humid while we were there, so the small rooms were VERY uncomfortable. People got locked out of their rooms because the power failure made the card readers on the doors stop working. No manager was on site the entire time. Continental breakfast...room was full of people but there was almost no food; only 2 apples, some slices of bread, a few eggo waffles and cheerios. There were no eggs, yogurt, or any type of protein available. Orange juice was empty. Counters were covered in sticky syrup so we asked the front desk to come wipe it. Floor was sticky too and everyone's shoes kept sticking. All the tables were incredibly dirty! We wiped them ourselves since there was no staff for the continental breakfast. The white towel they gave us to wipe the tables was BLACK after wiping....shows those tables hadn't been wiped in weeks or months. It should have only been a few crumbs to wipe off if anything, but the rag was filthy! Front hotel door frame was dirty & sticky.

Worst experience in a hotel to date.
To start off. The power was out in the hotel. It was not off across the street so I don't know what was happening. I booked a king suit with pull out sofa and was told there were not any of those and that they only had a queen bed available. I needed to figure out an alternative so while I was on the phone making calls I went to the room and upon walking into the room it smelled musty. Had carpet pulled up in the corner. Coffee stains in the counter by the TV and the outlet was broken and wires exposed. I went back up front and told the desk attendant there issues and she just said wow. Would you like to cancel then. Completely avoid this place if you can. It's just a no on every level.

When I arrived I was given the wrong room that was already occupied by other people. When I got my new room, it wasn’t what I reserved. I reserved a king size bed and was given 2 queen sizes because that’s all they had available. The room was dirty, and the tv didn’t work. There were no blankets on my beds and it smelled nasty. I left without staying.

Worst Hotel We Have Ever Stayed In!
Hotel is rundown, dirty, and not being maintained. First room had drawer fronts falling off and curtains falling off the rods. Desk clerk was kind enough to give us a new room. This one slightly better but still bad. No way I would ever sit on the couch or take a shower in that room. I seriously cannot believe this gets any good reviews. Don't stay there.

Not a no smoking room, cigarette butts in window sill, burn marks on bathroom counter. Unclean bathroom, hair on floor when arrived. Spike out of bedframe, breakfast unacceptable, pool/whirlpool not working, ice machine not working. Secured/locked side entrance not locked, blocked open. Several warnings if smoked fined 250$ but "secured/locked" side entrance carpeted with cigarette butts. Peeling paint, rundown, threadbare. Not worth the money I paid. I had other choices. I would never stay here again.

We booked for 2 nights. When we got there the room wasn’t ready. We had to wait 2 hours for it to be ready. When we got to the room, the floor was creaking, few tiles in the bathroom were coming off, the sheets and towels were old and looked dirty, the AC unit was working but it was not in good condition, the window sill was very dusty and dirty. The pool was closed and hot tub was out of order. On our second night, the key did not work. Over all a run down hotel and will not be staying here again.

Mother in - law Was Stranded
We booked this room for my mother in law. She needs a wheel chair accesible room and bath room. I had the confirmation that it was booked and when she got there to check in, they had overbooked and given her room away. She and my sister in law had to call around THEMSELVES to find another available hotel and they finally found one 45 minutes away. This is absolutely ridiculous. If someone needs wheel chair access, they are limited on room options and under no circumstances should the room be given away to someone else.
